Who I am
I'm Keith Taynton, and I've spent 25 years in learning and development, and education technology.
AI is a new timeline. The world is different now. Individuals can do things with AI to augment them which were unimaginable 5 years ago for whole teams. The world is rapidly splitting into AI augmented and Legacy humans.
AI has given me the tools to build my own tools to solve my problems, which is how StepCert and ZipCourse came about.
This is the immediate future of AI workforce adoption. Enabling people to produce their own tooling to do their jobs quicker, and in ways they didn't think they could.
My work has always sat between new technology and the people who have to use it: finding out what they need, designing and delivering the training, and checking it made a difference.
